Ingredients

  • 8 oz. uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 pkg. bacon
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook and drain bacon, then crumble to form crumbs.
  2. In a separate pan, sauté onion and garlic until tender.
  3. Blend in cream of mushroom soup, milk, and sliced zucchini.
  4. Cook until zucchini is tender.
  5. Combine cooked chicken, pasta, and the sauce mixture.
  6. Transfer to a baking dish, top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
