Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb. 3 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 (3 5/8 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 3/4 cup sherry
  • confectioners sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Beat with mixer for 5 to 7 minutes.
  4. Pour batter into a greased baking pan.
  5. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar while still warm.
