Instructions
- Saute green pepper and onion.
- Add cream cheese and milk to the vegetables and cook until smooth.
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
- Combine half of the meat sauce with the cooked spaghetti.
- Place the spaghetti mixture in a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the spaghetti.
- Top with remaining meat sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and top with onions.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes.
