Ingredients

  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can French-cut string beans, drained
  • 1 can green peas, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
  • 1 cup green onions, including stems
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup celery
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Heat vinegar, sugar, and oil to boiling.
  2. Drain and prepare all canned vegetables and pimentos.
  3. Mix drained vegetables and pimentos with green onions and celery.
  4. Pour the boiling vinegar mixture over the mixture.
  5. Cover and refrigerate.
  6. Serve chilled; will last up to 2 weeks.
