Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 2 quarts beef or chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • meat of your choice

Instructions

  1. Bring the onions, celery, and broth to a boil.
  2. Cook the meat of your choice until done.
  3. Pour grease from cooked meat into the boiling broth.
  4. Add the cooked meat into the broth mixture.
  5. Save some of the meat for making won tons.
  6. Wet the won tons and place a small amount of meat in the center of each.
  7. Roll the won tons and meat together, sealing them.
  8. Drop the filled won tons into the boiling soup mixture.
  9. Ensure the soup is boiling so the won tons cook properly.
