Wonderful Cheese And Apples

A rich, creamy cheese and apple platter featuring a blend of Camembert, Swiss, blue cheese, and crisp apples, perfect for entertaining or sophisticated snacking.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. Camembert cheese (including rind), cut up
  • 3 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream
  • snipped fresh parsley
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 4 oz. Blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 1/4 cups pecans, chopped
  • 6 to 8 apples

Instructions

  1. Allow Camembert, Swiss, and Blue cheeses to stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large mixer bowl, combine the three cheeses with the cream cheese.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Chop the pecans and set aside.
  5. Core and slice the apples.
  6. Arrange the cheeses and apples on a platter.
  7. Sprinkle snipped fresh parsley and chopped pecans over the cheeses and apples.
  8. Serve immediately.
