Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bulk sausage
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 1 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 15 oz. marinara sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 to 10 lasagna noodles

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage in a skillet.
  2. Drain grease.
  3. Combine sausage with cream cheese, cottage cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Mix marinara sauce with Worcestershire sauce.
  5. Spread 1/2 cup of marinara mixture on the bottom of an 8 x 13-inch pan.
  6. Place about 2 tablespoons of cheese mixture at the end of a cooked lasagna noodle, roll up, and place in the dish.
  7. Repeat with remaining noodles.
  8. Spoon remaining sauce over each roll-up.
  9. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
