Instructions
- Wash chicken and pat dry.
- Lightly salt and pepper.
- In a glass baking dish, pour enough crumbs to cover bottom.
- Place chicken on top.
- Pour crumbs on top of chicken.
- Squeeze lemon juice on top.
- Place butter in pats.
- Bake at 350° approximately 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Best served with Rice-A-Roni (chicken flavor).
