  • 1 lb. chicken cutlets

  • 2 or more Tbsp. beef bouillon
  • 1/2 c. Marsala wine

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into small serving pieces and coat with flour seasoned with pepper.
  2. Heat butter in a pan until melted.
  3. Add the chicken and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Add mushrooms and sauté briefly.
  5. Add beef bouillon and Marsala wine to the pan.
  6. Mix everything together and bring to a simmer.
  7. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally.
  8. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  9. Add flour and additional bouillon if needed to thicken the sauce.
  10. Adjust the amount of bouillon for desired consistency.
