Ingredients

  • 2 whole chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • 2 bunches green onions
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 2 tsp. grated ginger
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut boned chicken into 1-inch lengths.
  2. Slice green onions into 1-inch lengths.
  3. Alternate chicken and green onions onto bamboo skewers.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken/onion skewers.
  5. Marinate for 30 to 45 minutes.
  6. Arrange 8 to 10 skewers on round glass plate or shallow baking dish for 3 to 4 minutes on High.
  7. Microwave remaining skewers as needed.
