Ingredients

  • 3 large oranges
  • 2 cans (16 oz. each) yams, drained
  • ⅓ cup packed light brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
  • toasted coconut, mint sprigs or maraschino cherries

Instructions

  1. Cut oranges in half and juice, reserving ¼ cup of juice. Carefully remove the pulp from the orange shells.
