Yeast Rolls(Or Bread)
Soft, fluffy yeast rolls with a delicate bread flavor, perfect as a side or snack, suitable for family dinners or gatherings calling for warm, homemade bread.

Instructions
- Scald the milk, then let it cool.
- Soften the yeast in warm water; let it stand for 5 to 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine sugar, shortening, and salt.
- Immediately pour the scalded milk over the ingredients in the bowl and stir until the shortening is melted.
- When the mixture is lukewarm, blend in 1 cup of sifted flour.
- Stir in the softened yeast and mix well.
- Measure 5 or 6 cups of sifted flour.
- Add about half of the flour to the yeast mixture and beat until very smooth.
- Beat in eggs, then grease the dough and let it rise.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 45 minutes.
