Delightful yogurt cups with a buttery, crumbly crust, topped with fresh fruit, perfect for a light, nutritious snack or dessert suitable for all ages.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup softened margarine
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cold water
  • 1 1/3 cups yogurt (any flavor)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix flour, margarine, and powdered sugar until crumbly.
  3. Sprinkle in cold water 1 teaspoon at a time, stirring until dough forms.
  4. Press 3 tablespoons of dough into the bottom and up the sides of 4 ungreased 6-ounce custard cups to 1/2 inch from the top.
  5. Bake until brown, about 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Cool for 10 minutes. Carefully remove cups and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
  7. Fill each cup with 1/3 cup of yogurt and garnish with fresh fruit.
