Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • hot pepper sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl with a top.
  2. Whisk until creamy, smooth, and well combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate.
  4. It will keep for 3 or 4 days.
