- Mix crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter and press into an 8x8-inch tin to form the crust.
- Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the crust in to cool slightly.
- In a separate bowl, combine plain yogurt, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the crust in the tin.
- Leave in the oven with heat off for 30 minutes to set.
