Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed vanilla wafers
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 pint plain yogurt
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed vanilla wafers and melted butter and press into an 8x8-inch tin to form the crust.
  2. Bake at 375°F for 5 minutes, then turn off the oven and leave the crust in to cool slightly.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine plain yogurt, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crust in the tin.
  5. Leave in the oven with heat off for 30 minutes to set.
