Yogurt Yeast Rolls
Soft, fluffy yogurt yeast rolls with a hint of sweetness, perfect for breakfast or alongside meals. They are easy to make and delightfully tender with a rich flavor.

Instructions
- Mix oil, sugar, and yogurt in a bowl and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Stir the yogurt mixture into the yeast mixture.
- Beat in 2 cups of flour until smooth.
- Add more flour gradually until beaters are heavy.
- Remove beaters and stir in flour with a fork until the dough can be handled.
- Knead the dough until smooth and shiny.
- Divide the dough into two parts.
- Spray inside plastic storage bags with butter-flavored Pam spray.
- Place the dough in the refrigerator for 8 hours or longer.
- Punch down the dough and shape into rolls or crescent rolls.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 12 minutes.
