Ingredients

  • 2 lb. lean hamburger or ground pork
  • 4 medium onions, chopped
  • 2 green peppers, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 2 cans mushrooms
  • 1 lb. Snappy cheese
  • 1 large pkg. noodles, cooked

Instructions

  1. Brown meat and onions.
  2. Add chopped green peppers and celery. Add tomato soup and mushrooms.
  3. Simmer 20 minutes.
  4. Add cheese and mix until cheese melts.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Add cooked noodles.
  7. Mix well and pour into large casserole.
  8. Bake 45 minutes at 325°.
  9. Makes a lot.
