Instructions
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Mix evaporated milk with warm water.
- Add the evaporated milk mixture, oil, sugar, salt, and beaten egg to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
- Add bread flour gradually to form a soft dough.
- Cover with wax paper and a towel. Let rise until double in size, about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- Knead the dough well and divide into rolls about 1/2-inch thick.
- Dip each roll in melted butter.
- Place the rolls on a baking pan and let rise for 1 1/2 hours.
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
