Ingredients

  • 8 carrots, cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp. grated or minced onion
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • dash of paprika
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1/3 cup buttered bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Cook carrots until tender, then drain and arrange in an even layer in a baking dish.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, grated onion, paprika, salt, pepper, and horseradish together.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over the cooked carrots.
  4. Sprinkle buttered bread crumbs on top.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes until golden.
