Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
  • 1 large cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, minced
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. Drain the minced clams and reserve the liquid. If necessary, add milk to make 3 tablespoons of liquid.
  2. Add the minced clams to the softened cream cheese and beat until smooth.
  3. Stir in the minced parsley, onion, lemon juice, horseradish, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
