Zucchini Banana Bread

- In a large bowl mix zucchini, sugar, mashed banana and brown sugar.
- Let stand.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, oil and vanilla. Combine with first mixture and mix well.
- Then add dry ingredients.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Bake in two large loaf pans for 50 minutes at 325°.
