Ingredients

  • 3 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 3 cups cubed ham
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green chilies

Instructions

  1. Combine sliced zucchini, chopped onion, and celery in a large skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
  2. Add 1 cup sour cream, Cheddar cheese soup, chopped green chilies, and cubed ham to the skillet and mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased baking dish.
  4. Top with 1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 45 minutes.
