Ingredients

  • 6 cups zucchini, peeled, sliced, and seeded
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cream of tartar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Cook zucchini in boiling water for 2 minutes; drain well.
