Instructions
- Melt margarine in a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Cook chopped zucchini and onion in a small amount of water until tender.
- Drain and place on top of melted margarine.
- Prepare stuffing according to the box instructions.
- Spread the prepared stuffing over the zucchini and onion mixture.
- Mix cream of chicken soup with sour cream until smooth.
- Spread the soup and sour cream mixture on top of the stuffing.
- Dot butter over the top.
- Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
