- Mix flour and oleo until like cornmeal.
- Add slivered almonds and press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese with one carton of Cool Whip until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the cooled crust.
- Mix pudding and milk until thickened, then spread on top of the cheese layer.
- Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and garnish with slivered almonds.
