Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks oleo
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese
  • 3 (3 1/2 oz) packages instant pudding
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 small cartons Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and oleo until like cornmeal.
  2. Add slivered almonds and press mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. Mix powdered sugar and cream cheese with one carton of Cool Whip until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the cooled crust.
  6. Mix pudding and milk until thickened, then spread on top of the cheese layer.
  7. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top and garnish with slivered almonds.
