A rich, three-layer candy combining peanut butter, chocolate, and vanilla flavors with a crunchy rice Krispies base, perfect for satisfying sweet cravings and entertaining guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Karo syrup
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups rice Krispies
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. dry instant vanilla pudding
  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate

Instructions

  1. Melt Karo syrup, peanut butter, and brown sugar together.
  2. Add rice Krispies to the melted mixture and stir well.
  3. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Cream together 1/2 cup margarine and powdered sugar until smooth.
  5. Mix milk with dry instant vanilla pudding until well combined.
  6. Add the milk and pudding mixture to the creamed margarine and powdered sugar, then spread over the first layer.
  7. Melt semi-sweet chocolate with margarine and pour over the second layer.
  8. Chill until the chocolate is set before cutting into pieces.
