Ingredients

  • 1 c. oleo
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 c. peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 6 oz. bag chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. With a mixer, beat oleo and peanut butter until smooth.
  2. Add both sugars and continue beating.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition until mixture is fluffy.
  4. Add flour and baking soda; mix until just blended.
  5. Use a teaspoon to drop dough onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  6. Flatten the dough slightly with the back of a spoon or your fingers.
  7. Bake in a 325°F oven for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
