Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 (3.5 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 (3.5 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, butter, and 1 cup chopped pecans.
  2. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F (175°C).
  4. Allow to cool.
  5. Prepare the cream cheese layer by beating softened cream cheese with powdered sugar.
  6. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip and fold in the extra cup of Cool Whip.
  7. Prepare the instant chocolate pudding as per package instructions.
  8. Prepare the instant vanilla pudding as per package instructions.
  9. Layer the cooled crust with the chocolate pudding, vanilla pudding, and whipped topping in three layers.
  10. Chill before serving.
