Ingredients

  • lime jello
  • lemon jello
  • 1 or 2 cans crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 pint whipped cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare the jello according to the package directions and allow it to partially set.
  2. Drain 1 or 2 cans of crushed pineapple, reserving the juice.
  3. Layer the partially set jello in a dish, then add the crushed pineapple on top.
  4. Prepare the cream cheese mixture by beating the cream cheese until smooth, then mixing in sugar, eggs, flour, lemon juice, and whipped cream.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the jello and pineapple layers.
  6. Refrigerate until fully set before serving.
