Ingredients

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 stick melted oleo
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 small boxes instant chocolate pudding mix

Instructions

  1. Mix together the flour, melted oleo, and chopped pecans.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan or dish.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F until brown and let cool.
  4. Prepare the cream cheese layer by mixing cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.
  6. Prepare the instant chocolate pudding mixes according to package instructions.
  7. Spread the pudding over the cream cheese layer.
  8. Refrigerate for several hours or until set before serving.
