  • 6 Tbsp. marshmallow cream
  • 2 c. nuts, chopped

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  3. Stir constantly and boil for 4 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add chocolate pieces and marshmallow cream.

Tips & Substitutions

To ensure a smooth fudge, make sure to sift the confectioners sugar to avoid lumps. You can substitute the semi-sweet chocolate pieces with dark chocolate if you prefer a richer flavor. For a nut-free version, simply omit the chopped nuts or use seeds like sunflower seeds instead. This fudge is a great treat to make when you’re short on time, much like the quick and easy Preacher'S Cake.

Serving Suggestions

Cut the fudge into small squares and serve as a delightful dessert at gatherings or as a sweet snack. It pairs beautifully with coffee or hot chocolate, making it perfect for cozy evenings. For a fun twist, try serving it alongside the Original Mini Fun Chips Squares for a mixed treat platter.

Storage & Reheating

Store leftover fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, refrigerate the fudge, where it can last up to two weeks. If you want to enjoy it warm, microwave individual squares for a few seconds to soften slightly before serving.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use sweetened condensed milk instead of evaporated milk?

While you can substitute sweetened condensed milk, it will make the fudge much sweeter and change the texture. If you prefer a sweeter fudge, try it, but be cautious with the amount of confectioners sugar you add.

How can I make this fudge gluten-free?

This recipe is inherently gluten-free as it doesn't contain any flour. However, always check your chocolate and marshmallow cream labels to ensure they are also gluten-free, as some brands may contain traces of gluten.

What can I do if my fudge doesn't set properly?

If your fudge is too soft, it may need to be cooked a bit longer. You can reheat the mixture, boil for a couple more minutes, and then let it cool again. Alternatively, you can refrigerate it to help it set more firmly.
