Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lime Jell-O
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 5 small sweet pickles chopped
  • 1 small can drained crushed pineapple
  • 1 small can pimento
  • 1 small chopped green pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the lime Jell-O as directed on the package, then add all ingredients and let it gel.
  2. Cut the set Jell-O into small squares.
  3. Serve on a lettuce leaf with a teaspoon of mayonnaise on each serving.
