Ingredients

  • 2 peeled large baking potatoes
  • 4 peeled parsnips
  • 2 chopped white onions
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 1/2 lbs cubed lean beef
  • 3 chopped large carrots
  • 4 bay leaves
  • 3 cups beef stock (or enough to cover the contents of the crock pot)
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon thyme
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Put everything in the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender.
