5 Star Beef Stew
Ingredients
- 2 peeled large baking potatoes ⓘ
- 4 peeled parsnips ⓘ
- 2 chopped white onions ⓘ
- 3 tablespoons olive oil ⓘ
- 1 1/2 lbs cubed lean beef ⓘ
- 3 chopped large carrots ⓘ
- 4 bay leaves ⓘ
- 3 cups beef stock (or enough to cover the contents of the crock pot) ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon oregano ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon basil
- 1 tablespoon thyme ⓘ
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
Instructions
- Put everything in the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours until beef is tender.
