Ingredients

  • butter
  • green onions
  • cream of mushroom soup
  • sour cream
  • dill weed
  • seasoned salt
  • parsley
  • milk
  • potatoes
  • hot sauce
  • Velveeta cheese slices
  • diced ham

Instructions

  1. In a pan with a little butter, cook green onions until tender.
  2. Add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, dill weed, seasoned salt, parsley, milk, and hot sauce; heat until hot.
  3. Layer sliced potatoes in a baking dish, then pour some of the sauce over.
  4. Add a layer of hot sauce, Velveeta cheese slices, and diced ham.
  5. Repeat layers as needed.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.
  7. Twenty minutes before the end of baking, sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and continue baking.
