- In a pan with a little butter, cook green onions until tender.
- Add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, dill weed, seasoned salt, parsley, milk, and hot sauce; heat until hot.
- Layer sliced potatoes in a baking dish, then pour some of the sauce over.
- Add a layer of hot sauce, Velveeta cheese slices, and diced ham.
- Repeat layers as needed.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 to 35 minutes or until bubbly.
- Twenty minutes before the end of baking, sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top and continue baking.
