Instructions
- Oil a large flat cookie sheet.
- Place sliced potatoes on the sheet, then layer onion rings on top.
- Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
- Layer bacon strips over the top.
- Pour water on the sheet.
- Sprinkle with seasoned salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cover with foil and bake at 325°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- Remove foil during the last 2 to 3 minutes of baking.
