Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1/2 package taco seasoning
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 small can black olives
  • Jalapenos
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • Frito Scoops

Instructions

  1. Mix the can of refried beans with half the package of taco seasoning and spread into an 8 x 10-inch Pyrex dish.
  2. Spread sour cream evenly over the bean layer, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  3. Chop the tomato and green onions, then spread over the cheese layer.
  4. Drain black olives and jalapenos, then spread evenly across the top.
  5. Refrigerate until chilled before serving.
  6. Serve with Frito Scoops or your favorite tortilla chips.
