Ingredients

  • 16 oz. refried beans
  • 1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • black olives, sliced
  • spring onions, sliced
  • jalapeno peppers (optional)
  • Monterey Jack cheese
  • Cheddar cheese
  • lettuce

Instructions

  1. Mix refried beans with taco seasoning mix.
  2. Mix sour cream with avocado, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grate Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses, shred lettuce, and dice tomatoes.
  4. Layer refried beans, sour cream mixture, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sliced black olives, sliced spring onions, and jalapeno peppers (optional) on a platter in the order listed.
  5. Serve with chips.
