Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 (8 oz.) jar picante sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta mild Mexican cheese
  • 1 bag nacho chips

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat from the cooked meat and onion mixture.
  3. Melt Velveeta cheese into the meat mixture, stirring until smooth.
  4. Add picante sauce to the cheese and meat mixture, stirring to combine.
  5. Keep the dip hot in a slow cooker and serve with nacho chips.
