Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. wine (preferably Cabernet Sauvignon or Chenin Blanc)
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together wine, vinegar, and Dijon mustard until blended.
  2. Slowly pour in olive oil, whisking constantly to emulsify.
  3. Whisk in dried oregano, dried parsley, and minced garlic.
  4. Use immediately to dress mixed greens or store in refrigerator.
