Ingredients

  • 1 medium head cabbage
  • 1/2 lb. carrots
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Slice the cabbage thinly and place it into a large bowl.
  2. Add the sliced carrots, diced green peppers, sliced cucumbers, and sliced radishes to the bowl.
  3. Mix the oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, and paprika to create the dressing.
  4. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to combine.
  5. Cover the salad and refrigerate before serving.
