Ingredients

  • 6 pork chops
  • 2 Tbsp. olive or canola oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. allspice
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 large onion

Instructions

  1. Brown the pork chops on both sides in oil.
  2. Slice the onion and place a slice on top of each chop.
  3. Mix together the salt, allspice, and black pepper, then sprinkle over the chops and onion.
  4. Cover and cook on low heat for about 45 minutes.
