Ingredients

  • 6 oz. pkg. zwieback toast
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. Parkay light margarine
  • 2 (8 oz.) tubs Philly fat-free cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. Second Nature egg substitute
  • 1 c. light evaporated skimmed milk

Instructions

  1. Mix together zwieback toast, 4 tablespoons sugar, and softened Parkay margarine.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9-inch spring-form pan that has been lightly sprayed with fat-free Pam cooking spray.
  3. Set aside.
