Ingredients

  • 3 boxes frozen broccoli
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 1/2 sticks melted butter, divided
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 tube Ritz crackers

Instructions

  1. Cook the frozen broccoli until tender, then drain.
  2. Add chopped onion to the cooked broccoli.
  3. Mix in half of the melted butter and the cubed Velveeta cheese until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
  5. Sprinkle crushed Ritz crackers evenly over the top.
  6. Drizzle the remaining melted butter over the crackers and casserole.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until golden brown on top.
