Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/4 c. oats (mix in blender until it turns to powder)
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 6 oz. bag chocolate chips
  • 2 oz. milk chocolate, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Cream butter and sugars well.
  3. Add egg and vanilla.
  4. Mix together flour, oats, salt, baking powder and soda.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
  6. Add chocolate chips and grated chocolate.
