Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp. red pepper
  • 1 tbsp. ground ginger
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp. garlic powder
  • 1 egg
  • Pineapple slices
  • Cheddar Cheese slices

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except pineapple. Create 6 - 8 oz patties. Grill on charcoal or gas grill until done. Approx 20 mins one side and 8 mins on other side. Grill pineapple halves and top burgers. Optionally, add Cheddar Cheese slice on top
