Ingredients

  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) container soft cream cheese with pineapple
  • 1/4 cup flaked coconut, toasted
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, chopped and toasted

Instructions

  1. Set aside 3 orange sections for garnish.
  2. Chop the remaining orange sections and set aside.
  3. Stir together the cream cheese, toasted coconut, and chopped almonds until smooth.
  4. Fold in the chopped oranges.
  5. Arrange the reserved orange sections on top for garnish.
  6. Chill the spread before serving.
  7. Serve with date nut bread, banana bread, or gingersnaps.
