Ingredients

  • 3 oz. lemon gelatin
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • No. 303 can sliced peaches, drained
  • Small can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 6 oz. miniature marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the lemon gelatin in boiling water and let it stand until cool.
  2. Mix the softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  3. Drain the sliced peaches and cut them into small pieces.
  4. Add the peaches, crushed pineapple, chopped nuts, and marshmallows to the gelatin mixture.
  5. Combine the cooled gelatin with the fruit and nut mixture.
  6. Refrigerate until the salad is firm and chilled before serving.
