  • 7 eggs
  • 1 lb sausage or diced ham
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, sausage or diced ham, milk, mustard, salt, pepper, cheese, and cubed bread in a bowl.
  2. Cover the mixture and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Bake the casserole for 1 hour and 30 minutes until set and golden.
