Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tube anchovy paste
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Blend the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the flour and mix, then chill the mixture.
  3. Roll the chilled dough very thin.
  4. Cut out rounds using a small biscuit cutter.
  5. Spread each round with anchovy paste and top with a few pecans.
  6. Fold the rounds to make puffs.
  7. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes until golden.
  8. Serve hot.
