Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken pieces
  • 1 large bunch broccoli
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  1. Barely cook broccoli spears.
  2. Place broccoli in a buttered casserole dish.
  3. Arrange cooked chicken pieces on top of the broccoli.
  4. Mix cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and curry powder together and pour over the chicken and broccoli.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  6. Combine soft bread crumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the cheese.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
